about us

A long time ago, in an age before tinder and crypto bros we met at college. We were on the same hall of our freshman year dorm (shout out M&M) where we fell into the same friend group and soon became inseparable. Whether that was at Lindy studying, East 5th partying, or at Fritz Lab TA'ing.

Since then we've collected 6 degrees, moved briefly to LA, moved again to NYC, broke two bones (both Mikey’s), traveled to 10 countries (so far!) and added Fritz to our little family. We're so excited to start this next chapter of our lives together and feel so loved that we get to celebrate our special day with all of you!

faq

Is the pool heated?

Yes, it is! So, remember to bring a bathing suit so you can take a dip.

What is the dress code?

The wedding's dress code is a summery semiformal. Color is encouraged! Reminder that most of the time will be on grass, so would recommend a bulky heal or flat for the ladies.

How can I get to the beach?

You have a few options: (1) you can walk, if you are up for a ~15 minute walk, (2) you can borrow the bikes that Sole East has on the property, or (3) you can drive. Note that most beaches require a car permit except for Kirk Beach!

Is there parking?

Yes! Parking is free and on premise.

Are kids welcome?

The weekend's events will be kids-free but we can't say no to babies so babysitters are welcome at the resort!

Can I bring a date?

Those invited will be indicated on the invite!

Will there be an open bar?

Both Friday welcome drinks and Saturday wedding will be an open bar! Come happy and thirsty!

How do I get there?

You can fly into JFK, LGA or MacArthur Airport. Once you are in New York, you can take the bus (e.g., Hampton Jitney, The Ambassador), ride the train (Long Island Railroad) or rent a car out of all of the airports listed above.

Is there somewhere to eat at the resort?

Yes! Sea Salt is the resort's restaurant that is open 8am to 11pm, which also serves the daybeds that surround the pool.

What is the best way to get around?

Bikes will be available at Solé but otherwise there are reliable Ubers!

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.

What will the weather be like?

Early summers in Montauk mean dense fog in the morning, with some chill in the air, that eventually open up to sunshine and warmth! Be prepared to bring summery clothes but also some layers for the cooler evenings.
